Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. These guarantees apply regardless of any commercial warranty we may offer .

Our Return Policy (30 Days)
In addition to your rights under the ACL, Elivore Boutique offers a 30-day return policy for most products, starting from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return (not related to a failure under the ACL), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@elivoreboutique.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. In these cases, your rights under the ACL apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they have a major failure under the ACL. This includes perishable goods, personalised or custom-made products, opened or used beauty or personal care products (for hygiene reasons), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and sale items (unless faulty or not as described).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
