Cancellation & Returns Policy

  • Refunds & Exchanges

    • Cancellations/changes not allowed after packaging/shipping.

    • after packaging/shipping, It will be possible to request cancellation and return only after receiving the order.

    • Refunds apply only to unused, undamaged items returned with original packaging.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

     

  • Return Instructions

    • Shipped via registered mail at customer expense.

    • Exchanges same as returns; replaced item shipped at no extra cost.

    • Return/exchange requests must be submitted via email and must be approved by the site operators before they are valid.

    • You can contact the customer service email and request a return within 2 business days of receiving the product, and an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

    • A return address will be sent by customer service to the customer's email.
  • Late Cancellation

    • If cancelled after shipping, refund only after items and gifts are returned, at customer’s expense.

  • Multiple Packages

    • Return only after all items in the order have been received.

  • Required Information

    • Cancellation email must include full name and order number; incomplete emails won’t be processed.

  • Wrong / Defective Item Received

    • full refund without fees.

  • Other Reasons Cancellation

    • Return item and receive refund minus 5% or $32 fee (whichever is lower).

    • Clothing and footwear may be cancelled within two days of receipt if labels intact.

    • Exchanges allowed up to 14 days from the order receipt date.

  • Return Shipping

    • The customer must make a return within two business days after receiving confirmation by email confirming the return.

    • Late returns over two days require prior written approval.

  • Refund Conditions

    • Products must be returned with receipt, undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.

    • Refunds issued within 14 business days of warehouse receipt.

    • If conditions aren’t met, no refund granted.

  • Products Purchased Through Other Channels

    • Policy applies only to purchases made via this Site.

  • Out of Stock

    • If ordered items are out of stock, customer refunded, and email notification sent.

  • Cancellation is Final

    • No further claims permitted post cancellation.

  • Conditions for Cancellation

    • Product value >16$, undamaged, not used, returned to supplier, not underwear/swimwear, and non-wholesale discounted quantity.

    • Product not replaced
  • Defective Product

    • Defects must be reported within two business days with images.

  • Gift Items

    • No returns/exchanges for promotional or free items.

    • If gift item is underwear/swimwear, price of gift deducted from refund.

  • Promotion-Based Gifts

    • If promotional threshold isn’t met due to out-of-stock items, refund difference.

  • Failed Delivery

    • If customer doesn’t collect or refuses delivery, no cancellation or refund.
